Bot Development Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Bot Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and deploying large language model (LLM) powered bots that automate various tasks on Twitter and Reddit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create LLM-powered bots for auto-reply systems, content summarizers, and viral thread generators.
  • Integrate RAG pipelines with vector DBs like Pinecone and Weaviate.
  • Fine-tune and open-source LLMs for persona mimicry, NSFW filtering, and other bot-specific tasks.
  • Optimize cost/latency by applying techniques such as model quantization, caching, and hybrid rule-based + AI logic.
  • Implement stealth measures like human-like delays, randomized phrasing, and proxy rotation.

Technical Requirements

  • Core: Python with libraries like Tweepy, PRAW, AsyncIO, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or self-hosted models.
  • Infra: AWS Lambda, FastAPI, Docker, Redis for rate-limiting.
  • Data: Vector DBs, PostgreSQL, Firebase.
  • Bonus: Next.js/Streamlit for bot dashboards.

Ideal Candidate

You have 1-2 years of experience building Python bots and worked with LLM integrations, detection tactics, and understand scalability vs. cost tradeoffs. Bonus points if you've deployed bots at scale or contributed to open-source LLM projects.
