We are seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Research Engineer to lead the development and execution of machine learning experiments.

About the Role

As an AI Research Engineer, you will design and implement cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions to evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute machine learning experiments to compare technical approaches and inform product strategy.
  • Prototype and assess end-to-end AI solutions to guide investment decisions.
  • Apply modern ML engineering practices to build scalable, modular proof-of-concept systems.
  • Contribute to the definition of best practices for experimentation and technical decision-making.
  • Synthesize and communicate experimental results to stakeholders.
  • Translate new research ideas into functional, decision-relevant demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related STEM field.
  • 3+ years of experience building machine learning-powered applications or tooling.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern ML/AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face).
  • Experience working with LLM orchestration or agent frameworks.
  • Understanding of model tuning, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
  • Experience developing and deploying applications in cloud environments, including use of Docker and/or Kubernetes.
