Lead Project Manager - Interior Design

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of interior design projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, including design and production, to ensure timely project delivery. You will also be responsible for managing internal stakeholders such as finance and vendor teams to ensure they receive the necessary support to meet customer promises.

  • Act as the highest point of escalation for customers in your region, ensuring that any issues highlighted by them are resolved within committed ETAs.
  • Coordinate with installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to enable faster issue resolution and empower team members to solve problems on the ground.
  • Be a people manager who empowers existing teams and hires top talent to strengthen the regional team.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to defined process SOPs and standards to provide a standardized customer experience.
  • Responsible for Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.

Expertise and Qualifications:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT or MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles is a must).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
