**About This Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Model N platform.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors, as well as technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Model N platform across various modules.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for issues related to MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, and GP Programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the platform.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Model N modules, including MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, and GP Programs.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX.
  • Strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and JIRA.
  • Exposure/experience with Agile and DevOps methodology.
