Job Description:

As a Data Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of our data. This includes entering data into computer systems and databases with high accuracy, verifying and reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies, and correcting as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifying and reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and correcting as needed.
  • Maintaining and updating data records, ensuring they are current and accurate.
  • Generating reports and assisting in data analysis as required.
  • Handling data entry tasks related to various company functions (e.g., finance, operations).
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Collaborating with other team members to streamline data processes.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year experience in data entry or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
