About the Role

  • Project Leadership: This role involves leading high-value turnkey projects across Tamil Nadu and beyond. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.">
  • Technical Expertise: As a Project Manager, you will coordinate with internal teams for PEB drawings, civil/structural designs, and production planning. You will also ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and timeline requirements.">
  • Client Coordination: You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project, providing technical input during client meetings and negotiations.">
  • Site Execution: You will supervise foundation, erection, roofing, cladding, and finishing works, managing subcontractors, labor, and equipment deployment.">
  • Project Completion: You will monitor snag lists, ensure rectifications before handover, and prepare final documentation including as-built drawings and quality reports.">

About You

  • ">
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.">
  • Experience: 7–12 years in project management (preferably PEB / Industrial / Infrastructure sector).">
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of estimation, design review, and production planning. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.">
  • Additional Requirements: Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera (preferred), AutoCAD, and MS Office. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.">
