Job Description\

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering large-scale banking transformation projects.

This hands-on role requires managing schedules, documentation, risks, and governance reporting to keep projects on track.

You will be the link between business, technology, and compliance teams, ensuring deadlines are met and updates flow smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings
  • Maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation
  • Monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs
  • Liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance
  • Supporting UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting

Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is also required.

Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports is highly valued.
