This is a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated analyst to join our investments team. The role offers hands-on experience in the world of early-stage investing, startup evaluation, portfolio company management and ecosystem engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market size analysis, evaluate products/services including technology moats (Intellectual Property/Patents), assess teams, business models, and financials, identify risk factors, and analyze competitive landscapes and funding histories.
  • Support the investment team in commercial due diligence, financial due diligence, and legal due diligence, coordinate with professional firms to oversee their diligence findings.
  • Assist in sourcing opportunities from founder networks, investment bankers and startup ecosystem, screen startups, review pitch decks, and conduct preliminary assessments based on deal evaluation metrics.
  • Engage with portfolio companies, assist in preparation of updates on the companies, assist founders with research and go-to-market strategies.
  • Attend startup events, demo days, and network with founders, accelerators, and fellow investors.
  • Prepare compliance documentation and internal records.
  • Making presentations for Limited Partners (LPs) as well as investor updates.
Requirements:
  • NISM Series XIX-D exam is mandatory.
  • PASSION FOR STARTUPS, VENTURE CAPITAL AND INNOVATION.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market trends and business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in business, finance, economics, engineering or related fields preferred though not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in startups, consulting, investment banking or finance is a plus.
  • An insatiable hunger to learn.
