Senior Web Development Position

We are seeking an experienced web developer to manage and enhance our online presence.

The ideal candidate will ensure our sites are updated, optimized, and aligned with business goals while providing a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update website content (blogs, events, podcasts, resources).
  • Design and develop new pages, landing pages, and microsites.
  • Customize and manage CMS platforms, templates, and plugins.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, and optimized for speed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (front-end and back-end).
  • Implement SEO best practices for improved visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in web development (front-end & back end) is required.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is essential.
  • Experience with design tools (Figma or Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
  • A strong design sense and ability to translate mockups into functional pages is necessary.
  • Familiarity with plugins, integrations, and analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization is expected.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines is crucial.

This position requires the following skills:

  • Experience with CRM or marketing integrations (Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
