Job Title: Regional Cybersecurity Leader

Job Description:

The organization requires a skilled individual to oversee the security of multiple regions. This role is responsible for ensuring that all regional sites have effective cybersecurity measures in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional cybersecurity matters
  • Manage and coordinate with site cybersecurity officers to ensure consistent security practices
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for the region
  • Coordinate and respond to regional cybersecurity incidents
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on regional cybersecurity performance

Accountability:

  • Ensure the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures across all regional sites
  • Manage and develop the skills of site cybersecurity officers
  • Assess and improve the overall cybersecurity posture of regional sites
  • Coordinate and manage regional cybersecurity incident response

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures
  • Manage and coordinate regional cybersecurity initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cybersecurity integration
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of successful cybersecurity program implementation and management
  • Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
