Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a cybersecurity specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing, administering, and supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure and manage privileged accounts across the enterprise.
About the Job:- Enhance and maintain PAM solutions across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
- Manage access policies, role-based access controls, and session monitoring.
- Integrate with identity providers such as Active Directory and LDAP.
- Implement least privilege access and secure remote access for internal and third-party users.
- Monitor and audit privileged sessions, generate reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PAM infrastructure and integrations.
- Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, and compliance teams to align security strategies with organizational goals.
- 3–5 years of experience in PAM, with at least 2 years hands-on experience with legacy and Delinea systems.
- Strong understanding of PAM principles.
- Experience with operating systems, networks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with SIEM tools, multi-factor authentication, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Delinea Certified PAM Professional) are good to have.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
