Lead AI/ML Innovator

We are seeking an exceptional Lead AI/ML Innovator to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge artificial intelligence models. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing prompt engineering workflows for large language models (LLMs), integrating them with our existing systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize prompt engineering workflows for LLMs, ensuring seamless integration with our enterprise-grade systems.
  • Develop modular, reusable components for agent orchestration and task automation, utilizing frameworks like LangGraph, Autogen, Crew, or PydanticAI.
  • Deploy models using Databricks and Azure ML, ensuring scalable and secure deployments.
  • Collaborate with platform teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of AI services.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience working with Python and modern development practices.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with Databricks and cloud-native deployment strategies.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven systems.
