Job Title

The position of End User Computing Specialist is open for application.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain JAMF Pro/JAMF Cloud for Mac device management, user identity, and endpoint protection.
  • Configure Microsoft Intune for device management and policy implementation.
  • Ensure security compliance across the global endpoint estate using JAMF, SCCM, MECM, and Azure.
  • Develop and implement best-of-breed vulnerability, security, and Evergreen upgrade processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows group policy, Mac policy, and security patches.
  • Assist with laptop hardware, driver, and BIOS updates.
  • Analyze log files and Windows events to identify incidents and performance issues.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to support technology across the Collaboration stack.
  • Deliver service improvements without unnecessary investment in new products by working smarter and leveraging existing tools.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for macOS, Windows 10/11, and Evergreen across all EUC platforms (Laptop, PC, VDI).
  • Adhere to security policy standards and ensure operational requirements are met in the delivery of services around standards and engineering.
  • Maintain support documentation and issue tracking using Confluence and Jira.
  • Provide up-to-date knowledge base support articles and scheduled upskilling sessions.
  • Manage product enhancements via Agile processes with Product owners.
  • Provide management reporting of end-to-end services via PowerBI.
  • Ensure the EUC estate meets all audit requirements.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in JAMF Administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, Enterprise patching, and vulnerability management.
  • Knowledge of SCCM build task sequence and enterprise-level Group Policy troubleshooting skills.
  • Advanced macOS and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills, browser support, and Microsoft Edge enterprise mode configuration.
  • Strong understanding/experience of remote access technologies, client troubleshooting, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, PKI infrastructure, and certificate management.
