Visual Creative Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be skilled in delivering impactful visual communications that effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative designs that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop interactive communication designs, staying in sync with current design trends.
  • Translate business objectives into tangible design concepts and present finalized ideas to clients or account managers.
  • Work as part of a team with designers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, printers, web developers, and marketing specialists, delivering projects on deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
  • Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD).

  • Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design tech.
