Proposal Graphic Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to join our team as a Proposal Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual materials that showcase our company's capabilities and expertise.

About the Job

The Proposal Graphic Designer will work closely with our proposal writers and subject matter experts to develop compelling and effective visual presentations that support our bids and proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and produce branded layouts, infographics, and presentation materials that elevate proposal quality and support win themes.
  • Partner with proposal managers and writers to visualize technical approaches and ensure accessibility and readability.
  • Manage styles, tables, and cross-references prepare print and screen-optimized PDFs.
  • Contribute to template evolution and design system assets within the proposal library.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience designing proposals within A/E/C or professional services.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of prepress and digital accessibility basics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and version control skills.
