About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SMT Assembly Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support at CM factories and customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide hands-on technical support at CM factories and customer sites.
  2. Lead defect analysis activities and work closely with CM partners to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  3. Propose improvement initiatives and follow through on implementation and effectiveness tracking.
  4. Conduct research, verification, and deployment of new SMT technologies and processes.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  2. 7–10 years of relevant experience in SMT engineering or technical support roles.
  3. Strong knowledge and understanding of cellular module products and SMT manufacturing processes.
  4. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
