Job Opportunity for Deputy Vice President Cyber Innovation

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Innovation & Simulation Lab, driving experimentation, prototyping, and applied research initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Comprehensive Innovation Strategy: Align with the organization's cybersecurity objectives and CoE goals.
  • Lab Design and Infrastructure: Ensure state-of-the-art facilities that support innovation and research activities.
  • Innovation Framework: Establish a framework for research and innovation, including infrastructure enablement, operational models, and outcome measurement.
  • Leverage Strategic Partnerships: Drive relationships with academic institutions, industry partners, and government agencies for lab implementation and operations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 8-10 years in Cyber Innovation & Simulation.
  • Experience in working or managing cyber Security Innovation initiatives and Simulation of cyber solutions.
  • A strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains, futuristic cyber security technologies, emerging trends, and disruptive technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Collaboration experience with academic institutions, industry partners, and government agencies is highly desirable.
  • Hold certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, or MBA (Technology Management).

Education:

  • Hold a BE/ BTech degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
  • OR hold an MCA / M.E./ MTech / MSc degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
