Job Overview

The role of the Advanced Hardware Engineer is to provide technical expertise in EMI/EMC Design and Assurance for Aerospace products. This involves making key decisions on technical matters and ensuring that all designs meet applicable standards.

  • Develop innovative design solutions to meet stringent aerospace requirements, taking into account grounding schemes, enclosure design, and shielding techniques.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Contribute significantly to project success by applying expertise in digital, analog, mixed signal, RF design, and power electronics.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in EMI/EMC Design, Simulation, Analysis, and Qualification tests to meet the highest design assurance levels (DAL) as per DO-160/MIL-461 standards.
  • Expertise in a range of technologies, including digital, analog, mixed signal, RF design, and power electronics, with hands-on experience in PCB design and component selection.
  • Strong understanding of board design, EMI Filter design, lightning analysis, and simulation/modeling using Ansys, LT-SPICE/PSPICE.
Candidate Requirements
  • BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6+ years of overall end-to-end hands-on design experience and expertise in Aerospace/Avionics products development.
