Job Overview

As a seasoned travel professional, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and executing their trips. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities

1) Provide personalized travel recommendations based on clients' preferences, budget, and needs.
2) Research and book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements to ensure seamless itineraries.

3) Utilize industry connections to negotiate exclusive deals and discounts for clients.

4) Coordinate all aspects of client travel, including visa requirements, travel documents, and safety protocols.

5) Offer exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, airlines, and accommodations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with travel industry software and technology.
