Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Test Data Management efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.

  • Develop and implement effective test data management plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Work closely with DBAs, developers, testers, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.
  • Configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments.
  • Analyze source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.
  • Implement data obfuscation techniques to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in test data management, data governance, or data engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Informatica Data Engineering Integration (DEI), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), PowerCenter for ETL integration with TDM.
  • Experience with static and dynamic data masking across RDBMS, files, and applications.
  • Proficiency in data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools.
