Exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing frontend development team in crafting cutting-edge web applications for e-commerce and product development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Leadership & Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders, estimate project timelines, identify risks, provide hands-on mentorship, and partner with backend teams.
  • People & Team Management: Directly manage engineers, conduct regular one-to-one meetings, growth conversations, and performance reviews.
  • Team Construction & Recruitment: Contribute to hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate evaluation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in frontend engineering with modern web stacks.
  • Hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TailwindCSS, Webpack, Vite, and component libraries.
  • Track record of delivering and owning large-scale production applications.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, SCSS, and RxJS.
  • Understanding of frontend-backend integration using REST APIs.
  • Basic familiarity with SAP Spartacus or willingness to learn.
