Job Opportunity: OCI Cloud Infrastructure Administrator

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administrator to join our team. As an OCI cloud infrastructure administrator, you will be responsible for the complete administration of OCI.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Tenancy, VCN, Compartments, Network Layers, handling firewalls, subnet, storage options, FSS, Block Volume, and Object storage.
  • Install, configure, migrate, tune, patch, administer, and monitor OCI infrastructure.
  • Write and modify Terraform scripts for application deployments on OCI and managing OCI infrastructure.
  • Perform performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as needed to ensure high availability of infrastructure.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure/add new services as necessary.
  • Work with Network Security Groups, Bastion Hosts as a Service Sessions, and Public Load Balancer provisioning.
  • Provision storage, compute nodes, networks, and understand requirements for the same.
  • Experience with IaaS solutions: virtual machines/networks, on-premise/hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity, security models, cloud monitoring, logging, local and cloud storage.
  • Handle Certificate renewals on OCI.
  • Understand and work with HA architecture in an OCI environment.
  • Have a strong understanding of HA concepts in DR and setting up on Infrastructure for DR Site.
  • Migrate experience and should have used migration tools.
  • Handle performance management and Cost optimization.
  • Analyze solution designs that accompany business requirements for technical delivery.
  • Assist in design decisions, develop, and implement cloud solutions.
  • Exposure to using code repository like GIT.
  • Multi-cloud exposure is a plus.

    Requirements:

  • Certified OCI Architect Associate/Professional(Mandatory)
  • Certified OCI Migration and Integration Specialist (Preferred)
  • Certified OCI Security Associate/Professional (Preferred)
  • Certified OCI Cloud Operations Associate (Preferred)

4-10 years of relevant experience
