We are seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Planning Engineer to lead our planning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and delivering planning solutions across various modules, including Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, and Long-Range Planning. They will design, implement, and maintain calculation rules, forms, and driver-based models to support forecasting and budgeting cycles.

  • Configure EPBCS applications for various planning scenarios, ensuring delivery quality and performance.
  • Design and implement complex calculation rules, forms, and driver-based models to support planning cycles.
  • Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and contribute to reusable design patterns.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • 5–7 years of Oracle EPM experience with at least 3+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, or Long-Range Planning modules.
  • Strong skills in calculation rules, forms, Smart View, and planning templates.

Preferred skills include Oracle Certifications in Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS), scripting knowledge (Groovy, SQL) for advanced rules and automation, and experience working with Agile tools and CI/CD practices.
