Lead and Manage a High-Performing Engineering Team

In this challenging role, you will lead and manage a team of Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop talent and foster employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.
