Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Billing Executive/Cashier to join our team. As a Billing Executive/Cashier, you will be responsible for utilizing ERP software to identify outstanding accounts and generating bills and invoices specific to customers.

You will also be responsible for reconciling all payments with invoices, receiving and sorting incoming payments, managing petty cash, and identifying any inconsistencies in transactions or pricing in ERP.

Additionally, you will be required to regularly update receivables specific to customers, answer customer queries and address problems, submit all cash collected to the concerned authority at the end of the day, reconcile all payments received at the end of the day, and prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Accounts team.

As a Billing Executive/Cashier, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong computational skills, an extreme attention to detail, and the ability to be productive without oversight.

You will also possess excellent knowledge of MS Office, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, teamwork skills, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills, and integrity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Understanding of accounting software/ERP such as Oracle/SAP
  • Strong computational skills
  • An extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to be productive without oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Robust written and communication skill set
  • Basic understanding of office software and machinery
