Business Continuity Management ProfessionalAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Continuity Management professional to join our team. This role will be based out of Bangalore and requires collaboration with US business teams to develop strategies that align with our global business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT Business Continuity Plans and experience in developing and maintaining Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans in accordance with program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT Business Continuity Plans across US and India.
  • Develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans.
  • Consult with BC Plan Owners and Coordinators to complete annual lifecycle tasks.
  • Provide support during critical events.
  • Support data governance and quality monitoring.
  • Develop dashboards and presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in Business Continuity Planning.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience within an enterprise business resilience or business continuity role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a geographically diverse team.
