Business Continuity Specialist

The Business Continuity Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's operational resilience by supporting the Head of ITSCM in fulfilling AXA XL's global requirements for Information Technology Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain disaster recovery plans and standards for local offices and data centers.
  • Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to ensure effective response to disruptive events.
  • Facilitate tests and exercises with business and IT teams across diverse geographical locations.

Requirements:
  • Business continuity experience, including knowledge of disaster recovery, IT service continuity, and related fields.
  • Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and/or change management, including 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
  • Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services Industry experience is an advantage.
