
Chief Clinical Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary clinical leader to spearhead the overall management and strategic direction of our healthcare unit. This esteemed leadership position is responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of clinical innovation, and delivering exceptional patient care experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- P&L Management and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly business plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve targeted revenue growth.
- Identify and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for top-line achievement and profitability.
- Drive revenue generation by streamlining lead management, enhancing conversion rates, and optimizing internal fulfillment processes.
- Ensure profitability by analyzing and rectifying lags in various specialties, optimizing pricing strategies, and packages.
- Proactively monitor billing transactions to minimize leakages and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Clinical Governance and Quality:
- Coordinate and support accreditation and certification processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Actively monitor clinical quality indicators and participate in key committee meetings, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with medical services to organize educational seminars and conferences, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- People Management and Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the unit team, fostering an environment of employee empowerment and development.
- Celebrate successes and recognize outstanding performance, building a culture of high achievement and accountability.
- Operational Excellence and Efficiency:
- Ensure facility maintenance to high standards, adhering to clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with IT to optimize technology, improving both customer experience and employee workflow.
- Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring optimization and control.
Qualifications
A master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. The ideal candidate will possess 8-14 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
