Job Title: Talent Acquisition Director

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join our team at Insurance Company. This is a key leadership role that will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience for new hires, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team. They will also oversee the Background Verification process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will foster strategic partnerships with the finance team to facilitate seamless payroll processing and related activities.

Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HR management system will also be a critical aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that promote employee engagement and retention, partnering with HR Business Partners to develop and implement effective offboarding strategies and address employee concerns.

This role requires transformational leadership and innovative problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations, are essential. Excellent process management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with a proven track record of effective escalation management, are also required.

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship-building, are key attributes of this role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex data in a clear and concise manner, are also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Oversee the Background Verification process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with the finance team to facilitate seamless payroll processing and related activities.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HR management system.
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-13 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Proven track record of success in large, complex organizations (2000+ employees).
  • Experience leading high-performing teams, with a minimum of 5 direct reports and 2+ years of leadership experience.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of responsibility, required skills, and qualifications for this role.
