You will leverage analytics and insights to optimize performance, craft social media content, and manage the company's social media accounts.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social media platforms.
- Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest) and create engaging, high-quality content in collaboration with the design team.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize PPC, SEM, and display advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Tag Manager to analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to report key performance indicators (KPIs), marketing ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.
- Proven track record in scaling PPC campaigns and driving quantifiable improvements in ROI, CPA, and other performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid search strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Google Ads Certified and Google Analytics Certified are a plus.
