Job Title: Financial Executive
Reporting to the Senior Director, this role oversees global financial operations across multiple international offices. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of global finance operations and ensures compliance with international tax and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements for all international offices in compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable standards.
- Collaborate with external auditors to support audit requirements across regions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Participate in the global budgeting process and assist in consolidating financial data across regions.
- Monitor financial performance metrics including cash flow, profitability, and budget variances.
- Cash Management & Treasury:
- Manage global cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Support initiatives to optimize working capital and streamline fund transfers across international entities.
- Process Improvement & Systems Management:
- Identify and support improvements in financial processes to drive global consistency and efficiency.
- Adhere to internal controls and financial policies across regions.
- Leadership & Team Support:
- Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistency in financial practices and reporting.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- 6–10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and international taxation.
