Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Video KYC Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Video KYC Officers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently. They will also be responsible for monitoring daily activities, call volumes, and quality of KYC verifications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to coach, mentor, and support team members to enhance performance and ensure adherence to compliance standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing smooth and error-free Video KYC operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and effectively allocating resources to handle volume fluctuations and peak workloads.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams, with experience in video-based verification processes and a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
