We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as an Academic Associate.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to develop and implement destination-based office business plans. This involves utilizing forecasting methodologies to deliver accurate and timely pipeline forecasts, fostering a strong sales and service culture within the organization, and counseling students for IIT-JEE | NEET programs by providing expert guidance and support.

To achieve these goals, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of achieving results, with experience in creating business plans and monitoring progress.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Familiarity with IIT-JEE and NEET programs
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • 1-2 years of counseling experience, preferably in the education sector
  • Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
  • Experience in creating business plans and monitoring progress
  • Proven track record of achieving results
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • A strong ethical mindset, with integrity and dedication to the organization's mission
