About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our products, identifying areas for improvement, and crafting solutions that meet the needs of both our customers and our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products and their associated goals and challenges
  • Identify user pain points, needs, and opportunities through thorough problem discovery processes
  • Craft innovative solutions that address customer challenges while aligning with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate ideas through prototypes, user testing, and A/B experiments
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions and identify trends
  • Become a subject matter expert in your product domain
  • Develop detailed product specifications and write comprehensive user stories

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-13 years of career experience with at least 8 years of product management (PO/PM) experience in technology products
  • Strong product sense with an ability to articulate problems and envision solutions
  • Inquisitive mindset with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle complex situations, conversations, and navigate ambiguity
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, partner, and build relationships across all levels of the organization
