Job Description

The role of Oracle EPM Cloud Solution Architect involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications that improve decision-making and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with finance teams and technical stakeholders to deliver high-performing solutions that meet business needs.

  • Design and develop Oracle PCS workflows to automate business processes.
  • Build and maintain database objects, procedures, functions, and packages in Oracle PL/SQL to support PCS/OIC integrations.
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into PCS process flows and human tasks.
  • Integrate PCS solutions with Oracle SaaS applications (Fusion HCM, Finance, SCM) and other enterprise systems via OIC integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PCS development and workflow automation.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, packages, performance tuning).
  • Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PCS, and VBCS.

  • Experience with Oracle SaaS integrations (ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • BPMN 2.0 and process modelling best practices.
