Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Identity Management Developer.

About the Role:

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. They will work on solution design and implementation, workflow development, custom integration and migration, connector configuration, self-service features, task configuration, third-party system integration, custom functionality development, Java class development, platform administration, monitoring and support, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 years specifically in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Development Background: Strong background in development using Java, JDBC, Java Beans, and web technologies.
  • SailPoint Experience: Experience in SailPoint IIQ deployment, including connector configuration, custom rule development, and workflow configuration.
  • RBAC Analysis: Proficient in RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) analysis and implementation.
  • Provisioning Systems: Hands-on experience in provisioning systems such as Active Directory, Oracle, and cloud-based applications.
  • Lifecycle Management: Strong understanding of SailPoint LCM (Lifecycle Management), policies, certifications, and reporting.
  • Web Services: Experience with web services using SOAP, REST, and OAuth 2.0.
  • RDBMS Technologies: Proficiency in RDBMS technologies (SQL, stored procedures, triggers, functions).
  • Data Validation: Knowledge of PL/SQL, data validation, and performing data-related operations for IAM staging.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve complex issues, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams.
