Job Title: Senior Design Professional

Urgent Opportunity: We seek a seasoned Senior Design Professional to lead our design coordination and planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Value engineering through optimization of design and details from cost and safety perspectives.
  • Proficient in handling AutoCAD drawings for reading, writing, modifications, and changes.
  • Close interaction with internal teams, including PM, Contracts, Engineers, EHS, etc.
  • Tracking design deliverables, including concept design, GFC drawings, technical specifications, etc.
  • Arranging and preparing MOMs, bar charts, and manpower planning.
  • Material planning, DPR, WPR & MPR, cash flow statements, and tracking tools like S-curves and EV analysis.
  • Application of Microsoft Project tool for scheduling and tracking.
  • Review of tender documents and preparation of query lists for clarification on tender documents and BOQs.
  • Preparation of draft work orders for finalized vendors.

Requirements:

  • At least 10-12 years of experience in Construction Project Management for Real Estate sites.
  • Experience in high-end residential, hotel, and commercial construction projects is mandatory.
