Accounts Payable Transformation Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of Accounts Payable processes, driving efficiency and excellence in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Manage Invoice Processing, Helpdesk & Payments in ERP systems like SAP, JDE, and other tools.
  2. Lead a team of 35+ members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  4. Liaise with key stakeholders, including Finance controllers, GBS leaders, and other business functions.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate reporting, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
  6. Drive customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with expertise in transactional activities and helpdesk management.
  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in P2P.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
