Job Title: Grain Processing Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop our grain processing business in South Asia, particularly in biofuel ethanol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation.


Key responsibilities include developing a go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on an in-depth understanding of the industry trend, competitor, market needs, resources, and support requirements. You will lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers, as well as cross-functional teams across the region.


The ideal candidate will foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture, ensuring succession planning, capability building, and leadership development. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and address challenges.


Requirements:
  • BSc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering or any relevant field with minimum 5 years working experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
  • Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
  • Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.
  • Comfortable with multi-cultural and remote working environment, with strong proactiveness to work across functions internally and externally.
  • Solid People leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively drive opportunities and address challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM.
  • Travelling required up to 50%
