Marketing Campaign Specialist

This role involves executing marketing campaigns for one of the largest North American banks and their retail clients. You will work with multiple stakeholders and teams to build campaigns using SAS/SAS CI.

The primary responsibilities include ensuring campaigns are built and launched without errors or delays. As an overlay of existing technical and domain experts, you will bring value through disciplined campaign execution and solution management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned pursuits to work with the Marketing team for campaign execution, and solutions that meet the business needs of clients
  • Map the business requirements and execute campaigns using SAS/SAS CI for the respective portfolio(s)
  • Work with each Service and Horizontal line (internally) to ensure campaign is executed and launched on-time & error free
  • Proactively reach out to the marketing managers and highlight any process improvement, ideas, and build value adds to the process and the team
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Zeta Platform, including Email Journey Builder, Customer Strategy, Segmentation, and Targeting
  • Understanding of email marketing automation principles, including trigger-based emails, workflows, and personalization
  • Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of segmentation and targeting strategies, including customer profiling, behavioral segmentation, and predictive analytics
Banking Industry Knowledge:
  • Understanding of banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, and accounts
  • Understanding of effective customer communication strategies, including tone, language, and content
Qualifications:
  • UG/PG in Statistics, Math, or Computer Science
  • Robust campaign execution/analysis experience
  • SQL, SAS/SAS CI knowledge
