Key Role: Machine Learning Engineer

This is a crucial position for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and deployment of machine learning solutions. We require someone with extensive knowledge in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks to execute experiments, manage project lifecycles, and mentor the team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough experiments with performance metrics analysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Design and maintain scalable services using industry best practices for quality and risk mitigation.
  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks aligned with set management practices and ensure stakeholder visibility.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of large-scale ML projects from data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and upgrading experiments.
  • Apply research-backed techniques for model development utilizing strong foundations in ML, statistics, and deep learning.
  • Mentor team members by staying up-to-date on industry developments and best ML practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining ML solutions.
  • Extensive expertise with Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and at least one distributed data framework (Spark/Ray/Dask).
  • Working knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals, probability statistics, and Deep Learning principles.
  • Experience in designing end-to-end machine learning systems that operate at scale.
