Job Opportunity

Overview of the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Automation Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Python-based automation frameworks for embedded automotive systems.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure quality. You will perform requirement analysis and derive test cases, execute white-box and black-box testing, and analyze test results to report defects with detailed logs.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Python for automation and testing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded systems testing within the automotive domain.
  • A strong understanding of software testing methodologies including unit, integration, and system testing.
  • A deep knowledge of testing life cycle, defect management, and test strategy.
  • Experience in code-level testing and debugging.
  • Familiarity with tools and techniques for code coverage analysis.
  • Proficiency in C for embedded systems.
  • Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • The ability to derive and execute test cases from system/software requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with CAN (Controller Area Network), UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services), CANoe / CANalyzer.
Desirable Skills:
  • An understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy in test case design and execution.
  • Familiarity with AUTOSAR layered software architecture.
  • Experience with Git and/or Subversion.
  • An understanding of Unified Modeling Language for system design and documentation.
