Embedded Systems Developer

As an Embedded Systems Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing and enhancing Linux-based systems for various applications. Your expertise will be crucial in bringing up boards, validating hardware, and debugging low-level issues using JTAG/GDB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality Linux BSPs and device drivers for USB, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, and other interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and system-level testing.
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and efficiency through innovative solutions.
  • Develop and customize embedded Linux distributions using Yocto, Buildroot, and U-Boot.
Requirements

To excel as an Embedded Systems Developer, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Linux BSP and driver development.
  • Strong proficiency in C programming with an in-depth understanding of Linux kernel internals.
  • Experience with ARM/RISC-V architectures.
  • Expertise in Yocto, Buildroot, Git-based workflows, and debugging tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers.
