Workplace Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Interior Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in commercial interior design and a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

You will be responsible for developing comprehensive design concepts, collaborating with other team members, and applying outstanding conceptual thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. ">
  2. Collaborating with other team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations.">
  3. Applying outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.">
  4. Developing detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D).">
  5. Selecting furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and producing material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.">
  6. FOLLOWING DESIGN GUIDELINES, BUILDING CODES, AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS TO ENSURE THAT DESIGNS ARE SAFE AND COMPLY WITH INDUSTRY STANDARDS.">
  7. Working with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targets.">
  8. Attending meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance and advice.">
  9. Continuously upgrading skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends and innovations.">

  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.">
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.">
