Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist to lead the configuration and deployment of the Benefits module within Oracle Cloud HCM.

This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Oracle certification preferred but not required

This role requires expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful implementations and a deep understanding of benefits administration.
