Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Architect with 0-2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing clear diagrams using AutoCAD, analyzing architectural designs and plans, and ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design: Analyze architectural designs and plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and government regulations
  • Project Management: Supervise junior architects and assign tasks, schedule skill enhancement workshops
  • Communication: Explain design requirements and specifications to builders, electricians, and technicians
  • Site Management: Prepare building models and structure plans, conduct mockup sessions, guide construction projects from start to finish
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits and inspections, develop projects within specified budgets and timelines
  • Administration: Assist PM in setting scope and budget, assist client interests in public hearings and meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
