Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer

A visionary and creative architect with exceptional design skills is sought to lead the development of innovative architectural designs, collaborate with clients, and drive project execution.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in designing presentations, 3D visualization, and detailed construction drawings. They will have hands-on experience with traditional design software and modern AI-powered design tools, bringing innovation and creativity to client-facing projects.

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect/Designer who can develop and present high-quality design concepts, create detailed construction drawings, and utilize 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software to produce photorealistic outputs.

  • Develop and present high-quality design concepts and architectural presentations.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
  • Utilize 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software to produce photorealistic outputs.
  • Leverage AI tools for generative design, feasibility studies, and conceptualization.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align design vision and execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends and AI-driven tools.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit.
  • Ai knowledge & tools:
  • Generative Design & Conceptualization: ARCHITECHTURES, TestFit, Autodesk Forma, Finch 3D.
  • Rendering & Visualization: Veras, Rendair, D5 Render.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design presentations, 3D visualization, and construction drawings.
