Job Title: Ai Champion

We are seeking an Ai expert to drive our strategic objective of achieving Operational Excellence through integrated Data and Ai. This pivotal role will primarily lead internal Ai initiatives and contribute significantly to Ai-oriented product offerings, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will bridge business acumen with foundational Ai knowledge and possess strong domain knowledge in at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, and Cloud migrations and adoptions. They will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing high-impact Ai use cases, leading 'quick win' internal Ai pilot projects, and collaborating with IT to establish essential data governance practices.

This individual will be instrumental in translating business needs into actionable Ai solutions, operating within a lean, agile framework, and driving the vision and roadmap for Ai-oriented product offerings. They will also conduct lean market research and customer analysis, working closely with the Product Management Core team for the development of Ai-oriented product offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for one of PPM, ITSM, or DevOps domains with at least 1 year of experience solutioning and implementing Data and Ai technologies.
  • Foundational Ai Knowledge: Solid understanding of core Ai/ML concepts.
  • Platform Understanding: Practical familiarity with enterprise software platforms like Atlassian, Google Workspace, AWS, Monday.com, and GitLab.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, Business Support Operations, and Cloud migrations and adoptions.
  • Product & Project Management Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of product management principles and experience with agile/lean methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving abilities; proactive, self-driven; influencing and building strong cross-functional relationships.
