We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of AI Expert. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in configuring and managing data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being used to train AI models.

As an integral member of our team, your key responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. This will involve implementing robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.

In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports to inform strategic decisions. You will also optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Furthermore, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures, ensuring seamless operation of AI tools. You will maintain a detailed internal admin guide with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices for AI tool management.

To support knowledge sharing and skill development, you will develop and maintain knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users. Additionally, you will deliver training sessions for IT staff to expand their expertise in managing OpenAI tools and ensure comprehensive admin coverage.

Finally, as the Tier 3 escalation point for OpenAI-related incidents, you will provide expert-level support and resolution. You will collaborate with security, compliance, and engineering teams to expand the safe and responsible use of AI tools across the organization.
