This role reports directly to the Area Director and is based at The Leela Palace Corporate Office. As a Sales Coordinator – Executive, you will provide administrative and operational support to the corporate sales team, ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities, client interactions, and data management.

Sales Coordination & Support: Assist the sales team in handling corporate and luxury hospitality client inquiries, proposals, and contracts. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation required for internal and external meetings. Maintain and update the sales database (CRM) with client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.

Event & Marketing Coordination: Assist in planning and executing sales promotions, roadshows, and networking events. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sales materials, brochures, and presentations are up-to-date. Support in digital and social media campaigns related to sales promotions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • An MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Experience in handling CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce, Delphi) is preferred.
